First timers should come at least 10 minutes before class, in order to get familiarised with the space and machine. Please note that for safety reasons, you will not be admitted to class if you do not complete the induction prior to your first class.

Should you need to cancel your session, please be aware that Refine Studio operates a 12 hour cancelation policy. Please note, your account will not be re-credited if you should cancel inside the 12 hour period.

If the class is full you can still add your name to the waiting list option, if a space frees up your name will be added to the list, and you will be informed.
